我整篇有大概修改一下, 讓它更簡潔:

We are informed that all products shall be labeled with their correct country of origin in order to pass the custom inspection. Therefore, we plan to paste Made In Taiwan stickers on the PE bags containing your products. If your esteemed company prefers the words "Made in Taiwan" to show on the hanging tags instead, we can do so as well.Please let us know which method is appropriate.

PS:

1. 第一句直接改成原產地標示比較清楚.
2. Made In Taiwan stickers 就是一般的講法了. 不用寫written words "Made in Taiwan".
3. 貴司: your esteemed company does not ...
4. PE bags 不是客人的產品, 所以要加containing...
5. 從您的文章看起來, 該包裝本來就有吊牌? 所以我的寫法是假設本來就有吊牌. 只是在原本的吊牌上增加一行字. 如果原包裝沒有吊牌.  直接問客人在包裝上貼上貼紙是否妥當就好. 他會自己想辦法. (不要提出吊牌的建議)
